How to Store Cigars Without a Humidor?
I just bought my dad a box of cigars (20 total). I’ll be visiting him in Sacramento in 4 days, but until then I need to know how to store his cigars. I don’t want to buy a humidor since it’s only 4 days and I don’t smoke cigars myself, so I need a cheap, alternative way to store them. Also, I’ll be driving to Sacramento from Phoenix (about a 16 hour drive) so portability is also important! Thanks! 
Get two gallon sized ziplock containers. Place the box in the first and remove as much of the air as possible and seal it. Place that bag into the second ziplock and remove as much of the air as possible. Take a paper towel, wet it and wring out as much water as you can and place it in the second bag and then seal it. Keep it out of direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations and you should be good to go….
