I wouldn’t ordinarily comment on a video posting but in light of the hateful comments posted above I just wanted to thank and encourage Cigarmasters for their entertaining and lighthearted videos. Cigars (like wine) are meant for camradre, fun, and enjoyment regardless of whatever “knowledge” or “expertise” you claim. Don’t let the bitterness of someone with obviously bigger issues dissuade you guys. Keep up the good work and keeping it fun!

OMG…. You have no life if you are taking this much time on this. Maybe you should watch the rest of the video, and see that these are meant to be of a “fun” nature. Well, I can see why the hospitality was not provided for you because I am sure you did the same thing with the customers/staff that you are doing here-Being a complete Ass to them! Have a nice LIfe critiquing and being miserable! Maybe someone should lay off the wine a little bit! And Get on Some OCD Meds!

Just to throw a curve ball in (to coin an american phrase, my being a brit) i both like CigarMasters having watched them with enjoyment since their early days, but also see that the so called ‘Angry commenter’ was only guilty of an abrupt messaging tone, coupled with the hint of arrogance from some mastery in the field, from his work with (care to share more?) not hate.
To call your videos pompous is funny to me as i see the smoking of a cigar to have an inherent hint of pomposity but hey! :-)

Ksolo reminds me of the comic book guy from the Simpsons. If you don’t enjoy it the way he/she enjoys the cigar you are wrong and unworthy of the cigar.

Thank you Cigar Masters, for putting out a video for people who enjoy a good cigar, not telling others HOW to enjoy one.

The staff at this store and speak from the point of view of a master. Hence their bad name cigarmasters. You would pair peas and ice cream on a dish as a food course just as you wouldn’t pair this cigar with a sweet white wine. Their review of an 8-10$ cigar should be better, especially in this economy. And pairing a drink? I like KoolAid but it shouldn’t be paired with a cigar. I’m not OCD I just think hospitality is a craft and should be revered. These folks are hardly apprentices in service.

Thank you my original comment was hard not to leave. The reviewer in the video said twice emphatically that a Riesling paired “PERFECTLY” with this cigar. It does not. It will be grossly overpowered by the cigar and none of the characteristics of the wine will be able to enjoyed. I think that is unfair to the vintner of the wine to say this. Also a cigar smokes differently by the bottom third. Its like a movie critic walking out of a movie half way and still having something to say about it.

I hope you and everyone can enjoy this cigar, I don’t think I should have to tell you how to enjoy a cigar. But I wouldn’t tell you to eat a spoonful of peanut butter and then hand you a mineral water and ask you tell me how it tastes. It wont taste like much, except maybe peanut butter with the sensation of wetness. Now of I handed you milk you would be able to taste that due to milk having different characteristics. Much like red wine and port wine would have paired with this cigar.

A cigar maker/tobacco blender and a vintner(winemaker) are like glorified farmers with bachelors degrees in science. These people are the true salt of the earth. When I review or recommend their product I always reflect the time and care they took to produce their product. So I care if a reviewer offers a review of a cigar without finishing it I have something to say about it. Mr. Gomez produced this piece of unique art and it deserves to be fully smoked before it is judged, good or bad.

Who cares. They seemed to enjoy it. I do not even know what “rule” you are suggesting. I don’t believe your qualifications either.

OK that’s fine. I am not here to impress, but I am also not here to put out bad information with little or no reasoning behind it. If you l had to have an example of an antonym for the word thorough, this review would be it.

I’ve been smoking premium cigars long before the cigar craze hit in the mid nineties and all I ever taste is tobacco. Well except for those nasty Acid cigars……Ha!

if i knew nothing about this brand, i would be easily fooled into thinking they knew a lot about it.
i mean they could at least spell the cigar master LITTO Gomez’s name correctly.
it’s written on the band and the box, for pete’s sake!
i wouldn’t have such a problem with this video if it weren’t for the simple fact that this is my favorite manufacturer of cigars and they 100% disgraced it.
    also:
    smoking inside the humidor???
    honestly.
talk about a perfect way to ruin all the other smokes :(

I love the video…and in reality I smoke all the time inside a Humidor….actually, in Cuba, I remember myself smoking inside every humidor I visit….La Flor Dominicana Chisel is my favorite. I am a Double Ligero Fan…… think is a great video. we need many more people to do this! Love to Jess and Melissa…:o)

on a dish as a food course just as you wouldn’t pair this cigar with a sweet white wine…. that’s the only think I wold change for the video…..I don’t drink white wines in a regular basics and usually a red goes better specially with LFD…or a Porto?
but guys is a matter of taste…I see people loving acid cigars, flavours….well cigars is to enjoy so do whatever makes you feel relaxed…:o)
